As a result of the current economic times there are a lot of organizations going through restructuring processes. If you are involved in a restructuring process remember that people trump structure every time. A good structure can make good people even better but won't make bad people good. Good people can make a bad structure work but bad people will make even the best structure dysfunctional.

So true.
Our company is in the midst of a restructuring process and my group has been affected.
The funny thing is that I had been praying about a change. I was in the same job for 4 years and was thinking it was time to move. I'm pretty sure this is His answer to my prayers. It's pretty cool because I don't recall a time where I knew for sure that He was answering me. Now I just need to listen to what He wants me to do next.
I don't have a restructuring story yet, but I may have one soon. I'll let you know. :-)
